Angelique got all dressed up in her beautiful blue Sunday Dress for Church and showed off for us with her many different faces!

Backyard Play Time!

Angelique loves to go outside and play in the backyard. She climbs all over the patio and the nice green grass that her Daddy worked hard to put in for her!

She loves to play with the bubble maker and watch the bubbles fly around the yard. She is still learning how to make the bubble machine work so she has Mommy make the bubbles most of the time.

Learning to use the Phone!

Angelique is already a master of the phone. She knows how to use it and boy can she talk you ear off if given the chance!

Graduation Party for our cousin Johnny!

Angelique helped to celebrate the graduation of her second cousin Johnny. She spent the afternoon at her Great Aunt Linda and Great Uncle Bob's house, partying with the family and showing off her great skills of sitting with the flowers, hanging on the tree and relaxing with Grandpa.

Playing With Rosco

Most of the time they play really nice together .... Until Rosco gets a little to excited and then Angelique starts to worry!

Learning to Boss

Angelique is quite the "Bossy Betty" she enjoys sitting in here special seat telling everyone who will listen about how things should be. She has learned to tell her own puppy "No" and even tells the other dogs in the neighborhood "No" everytime she hears them bark. She likes to strut around the house with her hands firmly behind her back like she is on a great mission. Most of the time these missions consist of walking back and forth from the front door to the couch around the kitchen table, under the high chair, to the back door, where she usually yells at the dog and then back to the stairs where she lounges on the bottom steps for a little break before starting out on the say route one more time!

New York Princess!

Angelique danced around the house in her beautiful new princess dress that her Aunt Nicole brought her from New York. She actually wore the dress all day long with no complaints. Which is really good considering she is always on the move and dresses seem to really slow her down most of the time. I think that she enjoyed the fun of grabbing the bottom of her dress and letting it fly around her.

Playing With Bubbles & Learning to Walk!

Over one of the weekends that Phil and Amanda came down to help work on the sprinkler system, we thought it might be fun to buy a bubble blowing machine! Angelique just loved to watch all of the bubbles falling around her. She had a great time popping the bubbles and then wanting to figure out how to make more bubbles appear! Once she learned how to get the purple cow to work she did a great job making her own bubbles.

By the next weekend (the last weekend of April going into May) Our little Monkey surprised us all and took off running. There is NO stopping this girl now. She is a walking machine! We are so proud of her and this great accomplishment. She walks all over the house and through the stores now. It is so amazing how she picked it up and just has gotten so far with it. She has mastered bending over and picking up toys around her and then she just keeps going! Here are a few more pictures of her roaming around the house and even outside helping her Daddy move dirt for the new lawn that we are putting in the backyard to go with our new sprinkler system.

Ace Ventura Pet Detective!

Angelique spent the day with her Aunt Nicole and her Daddy and look at what happened to her hair! It was in piggy tails when Mommy left for work that morning and somehow through the course of the day the rubber bands sprung loose and what we had left was what looks like "Ace Ventura Pet Detective" wanna be! As long as the munchkin is happy that is all anyone can ask for right. It seems as if all is well in our world these days. Serge is healthy again and he and Angelique are having a great time playing together. Serge helped Angelique try on some shoes that she felt she just had to get on her feet to see what they were all about. What do you all think? Of her new style? It didn't last long. Angelique is definitely NOT a shoe or sock type of girl! She seems to live for free piggy toes! Hey who can blame her right? Other news to tell .... Angelique has braved her first few steps. The most we have seen out of her thus far is 3 big steps and then straight to her bottom once she realizes what she is doing. She just doesn't seem to be interested in the whole idea of walking. I can't blame her though, she is a super cruiser on her hands and knees. WOW!! can she crawl fast!

Battle Of The Cold Season

No new pictures to post today! But it has been so long since we have posted anything so I thought that I should send out a little update. We have all been battling the fun cold season! Angelique is working on her 2nd cold so far but she is on the mend! Serge recently had surgery so he is not allowed to pick up Angelique ... which makes her want her Daddy more than usual! Another 4 weeks until he can pick her up again! Both are dealing well with the transition.

Since Angelique's birthday she has been doing quite a bit! She is sleeping through the night pretty much all the time these days and is constantly on the move. She has not taken the plunge into walking yet but I am certain she is well on her way. One of these days soon she is just going to let go of that couch and be on the move.
